Canadian Survival goods?
I have the opportunity to visit Nova Scotia soon, and I was wanting to get suggestions on items that I can legally obtain up there that I can't here. They have to be items that the possession of isn't illegal, like the once-legendary Cuban stogie, but cannot be bought here. An example would be DMSO, a medical solvent. I'm not looking for prescription items but stuff I can get on the shelf of any pharmacy.
And I am bringing home icewine, so cross that off the list! :D |
Re: Canadian Survival goods?
They have chinese M14's there for a few hundred, I've read all sorts of dribble regarding "soft receivers" and what not. I'd buy them anyway.

Re: Canadian Survival goods?
dont dick around with the Commissariat of Homeland Defense. Stick to what's legal here. You have no fourth amendment rights at borders and they can smell a patriot from a mile off. Steer clear of all such things including Cuban cigars for that matter.
Oh and be careful about heading into Canuckistan too. They got a really long list of illegal stuff there too, worse than here by far. |
Re: Canadian Survival goods?
How about some Canadian dollars :-)
Best thing you could buy with your greenbacks. |
Re: Canadian Survival goods?
Ep, I'm aware of what is legal and not on both sides. and have no intention of breaking laws. But I'm curious about available goods on the CA side that aren't sold here; not illicit, just not sold here.
